If treated with love your Lou Lou Jewellery sterling silver will last a lifetime. Sterling silver is a soft metal and can scratch, dent, and tarnish over time (especially if not worn). Amazingly, your skin's natural oils will clean and polish your silver jewellery as you wear it. Remove jewellery before doing any activities that could damage it such as housework, gardening, gym, swimming etc...
Wear it carefully. Love your jewellery and take care of it :-)
Rings
The best way to be sure your Lou Lou Jewellery ring fits is to go to your local jeweller and have them measure your finger as ring sizing can be a tricky business. The time of day, the shape of your finger and even the weather can affect your ring size. Ideally you want to be sized with bands that are a similar width and fit as the ring that you are buying. I use the centre line method - don't worry the jeweller will know what this means.
Please note under each ring description it states if the ring fits true to size or a larger size should be ordered. For a wider band or for stacker rings you may have to go up 1/2 to 1 size. Generally you would go up 1/2 size for rings 5-6mm wide and 1 size for rings 7-8mm wide or larger.
Bangles
Bangle fits are measured by the internal diameter of each bangle. Lou Lou Jewellery offers bangles in 3 main sizes but is happy to make up a custom size. The majority of women are a medium fit.
SMALL FIT: 60mm
MEDIUM FIT: 65mm
LARGE FIT: 69mm
If you have a bangle that fits you at home it’s best to measure the inside diameter to work out your size.
A simple way to work out your bangle size is to measure the length between the first three knuckles of your hand. Make a fist and measure the length from the outside of the first knuckle to the point between the third and fourth knuckle.
Lou Lou Jewellery does not offer resizing of rings or bangles and some of the designs are not able to be resized.
